Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Free delivery is available to England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland deliveries carry a £15 surcharge. Product-specific restrictions may apply.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally processed in 1-2 working days. Standard delivery is typically 2-5 working days; larger furniture may take 7-10 business days.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Eligible unused and unassembled items can be returned within 30 days, subject to the returns policy.

Is there a warranty?

Manufacturing faults are covered by the applicable 13-month warranty terms.
